Kody and his team at Belle R/E are the BEST agents in Townsville. We are very pleased with the price they sold our house and the professional but also personal service was excellent. We highly recommend Kody and his team!
Terry assisted with our purchase of our new home in Townsville. We were located 1400klm away. Terry went over and above with providing video walk throughs of the home and providing great insights to the local area. Terry also assisted with getting quotes for works required and kept us updated through the whole process. Was great dealing with Terry. Cheers, Mark and Dayna

Kody made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel easy and under control. From selling our home to buying our next, his professionalism, market knowledge and no-nonsense approach were outstanding. He kept everyone informed, worked tirelessly to get the result we wanted, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Honest, driven and reliable — we couldn’t recommend Kody highly enough.
After a few disappointing experiences with other agents in the Townsville area, we’d lost confidence in the whole process. That was until we met Kody and his amazing team. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine communication completely restored our trust. Kody went above and beyond for us, both as sellers and buyers. He’s now become a trusted family friend, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough.
