Most professional real estate agent. She was readily available, to show interested parties through our home. Rose was always pleasant and helpful and worked extremely hard to sell our property. We were happy with the sale price
Rose is an amazing agent! From the first meeting until the settlement. Rose was warm, friendly, professional and hard working. During the marketing campaign and sale, Rose kept us informed, offered advice when required and respected our wishes. I highly recommend Rose and the Team at McGrath Northbridge!
Rose was an amazing agent for our family home in Northbridge. We have owned our property for 16 years, so it was an emotional sale for us. Rose was an excellent negotiator and kept us informed during the whole process to achieve the price we wanted. Rose has extensive knowledge of the local market and genuine care for her clients. Rose Farina and Denise Woo are a formidable trusted duo and I would not hesitate to recommend these two wonderful women and their team at McGrath Northbridge.
"We had a great experience purchasing our first property with Dax. He was helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. We will certainly look to Dax again in the future for all our property buying and selling needs
From early appraisal conversations through to final sale and beyond, Josh was extremely helpful and responsive. He always had time to answer any queries or concerns I had and did so diligently and knowledgeably. He consistently followed through on any commitments and kept me in the loop on everything that was happening. I'd happily recommend working with him and the team at Belle Seaforth.
I was working with Josh on the buy side of the transaction, and despite that he was as helpful as if I was his direct client on the sell side. He followed up on any of my regular queries promptly, he would touch base regularly to ensure I had the info etc I needed and to ensure I was comfortable and even followed up with the vendor post settlement on settling in related matters. Josh was a pleasure to work with.
An over all exceptional experience from Matt and his team. Matt kept us up to date and worked on our property sale around the clock Matt is a highly skilled negotiator even in an uncertain and declining market. He does not give up on putting a deal together with the vendors needs in mind. A straight shooter, emphatic and result driven. Highly recommend!
Belle Property were managing our rental unit in Narrabeen & introduced Joshua Perry to us when we were looking for a valuation. It became obvious that Joshua knew the market very well and he provided a realistic valuation & an uncanny assessment of the market. When we finally decided to sell, Joshua & his team were able to tailor the process to suit our timeline & budget. He worked with all parties during the process to overcome many obstacles & we were very pleased with the end result.
Brynn is extremely professional and knows the market well. He is great to work with and I would recommend him as an agent to anyone else considering selling their home
