Josh was absolutely fantastic to deal with, Communication was amazing and I found him very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property.
We were very happy with the experience we had selling our townhouse with Matt Brady and Josh Noor. We were amazed that they were able to sell our house within 7 days at a price we were happy with. The ease at which the whole process was carried out was impressive and we were confident that they were working hard to get us a great result.
Josh Noor & Matt Brady are the best agents we have ever worked with by far. Their commitment and understanding of our needs was outstanding. They supported and coached us through the sales process. They have also provided support and advice for the purchase of another property which was very much appreciated. The end result is that we are very happy with the outcome and can now look forward to the next chapter in our lives.
Peter was very helpful and understanding at all times. He always provided us with updates and progress, and advised us through the whole journey.
Can’t fault Nick and his whole team. Professional, caring, always made sure I was kept informed. Everything was handled efficiently and it was good to know I could phone anytime I had a query. Nick was very skilful when dealing with potential buyers and did a brilliant job under trying conditions.
Josh has been a legend to work with - being first homeowners, he was patient, transparent and genuinely invested in supporting us throughout the process. He even went out of his way to work around our clock, out of hours. Having seen Josh at a few properties throughout our search, he understood what we were looking for and was instrumental in helping us secure our first home, which could not be more perfect.
Ben Leary is a talented agent and a fun, genuine and engaging person to boot. I was impressed with Ben when buying the Manly flat that Ben sold. He’s a good communicator and transparent about price expectations and competition. Refreshing in a real estate agent sadly. I had no hesitation to engage Ben to sell the flat without testing anyone else. He achieved a good result at auction coaxing gently first time buyers and a sale above the reserve. I would use Ben again in a heartbeat.
Accommodating & very easy to deal with. We had not been able to attend an open home & they were willing to open for us privately at short notice. We bought the property the next day! The team was very helpful in explaining how the "offers close by" method of sale worked. We are delighted with the outcome & our dealings with Lucas, Peter & the Belle Property team
I have found Rose to be extremely kind, honest and a true professional in everything she did for me. To me Rose proved to be more than just someone I employed to sell my house - she was a true friend and I am extremely grateful for everything she did for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose to anyone who is looking for a loyal and trustworthy professional to sell their property. Along with my thanks I wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.
