The most friendly and lovely Sales Agent I've ever seen. Rose is a trustworthy and a good listener, she always tries her best to understand your needs and find out solutions.

Jo has a good understanding of the market and the way to maximise the sale value of our property not withstanding our requirement that the deceased estate be sold "as is", albeit maintained to be neat and tidy. Jo provided regular updates re the potential buyer interest, realestate & domain market feedback etc. Jo's suggested price guidelines and reserve price were spot on. Her strategy to get the bidders moving on auction day by recommending we put the property on the market at the right time.
