Cassie is awesome,She sure knows her stuff. Been under her guidance for nearly 4 months now and she is getting me back to where I want to be at gradually since experiencing a lower back injury which has been ongoing for nearly a year now. If I need to modify anything she knows exactly how to tweak my program which suits my body. Highly recommend.
