Cassie was brilliant, I injured my back and was in a lot of pain, after 2 days of treatment my back had significantly improved . The exercises I was given and completed daily resulted in a full recovery. Would definitely recommend Cassie for treatment.

Alix the Physio was fabulous. I finally decided to get serious about my painful hips after 2yrs of discomfort, Alix gave me sensible real treatment. It was sometimes uncomfortable but always left me feeling more mobile. Realistic exercise & at home therapies were set - & I’m on target for big hiking adventure in coming months.

Cassie is awesome,She sure knows her stuff. Been under her guidance for nearly 4 months now and she is getting me back to where I want to be at gradually since experiencing a lower back injury which has been ongoing for nearly a year now. If I need to modify anything she knows exactly how to tweak my program which suits my body. Highly recommend.
