Cassie took her time and put so much care into everything. She was super detailed and made sure everything was just right. Plus, her happy, positive energy made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Long term regular with a routine that is updated regularly and tailored to any changes in health and strength. Very satisfactory and seeing markedly improved in strength and agility to assist in every day basic tasks and now more advanced activities not previously been a capability.

I have been attending Beachlife Physio since the beginning of the year and have been seeing Cassie. Cassie has been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout multiple injuries, allowing me to return to sport/running asap. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a physio.

So friendly and welcoming- very efficient and Tash gave me confidence- she loosened off my shoulder and treated my whiplash neck - I also got exercises to help with the issues
