Very poor customer service, got asked for rent arrears I've never owed, the property manager never attended a single inspection, rarely returned my phone calls or email and after going silent for over a week the manager lodged my bond application charging me over 400$ in expenses despite the 110 to 160 previously quoted. After ztealing my money, to see how long it took you to rent the property I've left it was a clear explanation of how bad you are at your job! worst experience ever had in Brisbane!
Wouldn’t even rate their rental department - unprofessional, don’t reply to emails except when it suits them - Principals are obviously only concerned about sales customers.
