working with them was a nightmare. Of our walls had been infested with termites for a year and they did absolutely nothing until they needed to rent to other tenants. They also told the owner that tjey cpuld enter our property at seemjngly anytime and we completely lost our ability to live there in peace. When ask to fix any problem with they owner entering the premise said they wouldn't do anything and demanded evidence wotu zero compassion.
