About this business
We’d love to say it took a series of high-level brainstorming sessions to come up with Australia’s most celebrated tour company, but the truth is it was all a whole lot simpler than that. Inspiration hit in the early 90s, when one canny Alice Springs local called Ken realised that travellers were flying into his hometown in droves, but didn’t have any real way of reaching Uluru (Ayers Rock) and beyond.

Just came back from a Broome to Perth tour with Lucy and Tom and it was amazing ! The landscape was gorgeous but both of them made it a story from which real memories are made ! In addition to all their knowledge and support, they created an environement in which i could explore and discover safely feeling like at home. Thanks for the great time !
I have just completed the Perth to Broome tour with Lucy and Tom and it was amazing! They were both so knowledgeable, passionate, accommodating and cooked the most amazing meals over the 10 days. We had a really great bunch of people, from all over the world and I think we all connected so well, due to Lucy and Tom's energy bringing us together as well. Completed our adventure tour from Perth to Broome and what an adventure! Tom and Lucy, our tour guides, excelled in every way possible. The west coast of Australia is magnificent, but the wow factor came from Tom and Lucy’s inspired leadership of the trip. Highly recommended.
Have just arrived in Broome at the end of the Perth to Broome Overalnd tour. Our tour guides, Tom and Lucy could not have provided a better experience. They were knowledgeable, fun and prepared the most amazing feasts every night of our 10 day trip. Can't recommend highly enough!
Just completed Adventure Tours Australia’s five day top end and Arnhem Land tour with Rick and Emma. It was fantastic! Rick’s knowledge and experience was brilliant and Emma also had a wealth of knowledge and endless enthusiasm. Arnhem Land and some of the other scheduled stops were currently closed (outside ATA’s control) but the alternatives were far more than adequate. Some actives were definitely challenging but that was a plus for me (I’m 66, did everything and had complete confidence in my guides.

Highly recommend intrepid Perth to Broome. Swimming in gorges, beautiful sunsets, seeing Australian at its best. Tour guides Tom and Lucy went above and beyond to make your experience amazing. We had people from 6 countries and Aussies on tour and everyone felt safe and enjoyed each other’s company. We had an absolute amazing time with Lucy and Tom on the 10 day trip from Perth to Broome. I have a lot of allergies and they both made me totally secure and safe with the triple checking of ingredients and ensuring there wasn’t any cross contamination throughout the trip. Tom had a fantastic playlist and they both had great knowledge of the places we went to.
