I recently did my first online order from ZoneFresh and it was great. Items were packed well with ice to keep them fresh and when an item was unavailable they offered solutions (different brand or later delivery once stock was in) which was wonderful. The delivery arrived within my chosen time slot and it was placed where I requested as I had to duck out for a little while and was not home.

I can't believe how amazing and personalised the service here is!! Matt has gone above and beyond to help me create an amazing Hallowe'en dinner; even going so far as to organise special made to order squid ink and pumpkin pasta. This was my first experience at Zone Fresh and they have got a customer for life!! Thanks Matt!
I'm a regular and I'm always greeted by the friendly staff. They are always so helpful and have even offered to put away stock for me on a regular basis- as I live on the Herman Brott pasta and bread range. I do also love the specialty ice creams and confectionary they stock. They always have wonderful produce reductions and specials. Its a pleasure to shop here. Love you guys!
I have been a regular customer at Zone Fresh Windsor for some years and wanted to write to say how delightful your staff are. They are a credit to you and one of the reasons I keep coming back. Originally popping in as a "might as well see what they have in here" sort of shop, we were wowed at the variety, presentation and especially the service! Deli/meat department in particular, just fantastic! This excellent experience has turned a 10 minute casual drop-in shop, to what will be many return visits!
