Had the plumbers come out to try and help us fix a major blockage, turns out the drain infront of our house has some damage and has roots growing through and around it, unfortunately its council’s property but the team was really good at informing us of the temporary fix they had provided while they wait for the council to approve the repairs, they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the following steps moving forward
