Billy was fabulous. Responded promptly and did a great job unblocking pipes that had been a problem since house renovations. We are thrilled with the job. Will definitely use again.
I had the washers replaced on the ensuite, laundry sink and bath taps. The replacement washers were brass I think - best quality. Cass was helpful, polite, did job perfectly. Approximate cost: $132 - with Pensioner Discount.

The service on the phone was prompt, flexible and friendly. Billy, the plumber, was very professional, gave us great advice and had a lovely friendly manner. We'll use Your Choice again, when we need plumbing work... Approximate cost: $300.00
Replacement of hot water unit. Same day service. Good advice on type of unit to install. Removal and disposal of old unit for convenience.
Good communication with company. The plumber was slightly late but rang to advise us. All good. Plumber was professional with good people skills.
I had a cistern replaced. The plumber was prompt, assessed the situation and provided advice and recommendations. He was courteous, took his shoes off when he entered the house and was clean and tidy in his work. Surprised and extremely impressed with the professionalism as I had called local plumbers earlier who were not as accommodating and could not offer same day service!
