We had no hot water and Kazz the plumber came out and fixed the issue quickly and he was very polite. I will use these plumbers again for sure. Approximate cost: $198.00

my parents who are retired discovered a water leak under the house. i organised for a plumber to go and check it out. i found your choice on the internet and called up for a free quote. Sam arrived at my parents house and spent a good hour and a half investigating the problem. he talked me through all the issues and suggested the best solution would be a water renewal to avoid future problems from occurring. We had a blocked drain, Billy from Choice was out fairly promptly. The first visit didn't reveal a blockage so no charge. The second call found a blockage down the riser past the plumbers point of responsibility. Billy called the MMBW (or whoever replaced them!) and we were charged a minimum fee for his time on site. All in all a pleasant situation for an unpleasant occurrence!

Renovating our bathroom, we had to install a new toilet and connect plumbing for a new shower. This involved rerouting the water supply, cutting the existing cast-iron sewer connection and fitting the pan. Kazz (the plumber) didn't flinch. He described the task in a very positive way, quoted the cost and got to work straight away. Half an hour later, he was still cutting through the 12mm thick old cast iron sewer pipe but he kept his great sense of humor. We had faulty rubber rings on a retro model kitchen tap. Our plumber, Sam, from Your Choice Plumbers, really went out of his way to find a suitable, hard to find, replacement ring, returning the following morning (on his day off) to complete the job. We considered the price charged very reasonable and we were very impressed with his friendly and efficient service. We would highly recommend this firm. Approximate cost: $120

Gas hot water repair. The plumber, Sam was great he arrived ahead of time and was very efficient, professional and friendly. In no time at all I got hot water again, no more cold shower. Thanks, Sam. Approximate cost: $220

Kazz arrived on time and was extremely polite and personable. He was very thorough with regards to ensuring our residence was completely safe and once determining the problem he made appropriate recommendations. I was extremely happy with the service he provided on the day and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had a burst water pipe in the bathroom. I was promised someone within the hour - Billy rang 15 minutes later and said he would be there in 10 minutes. He very quickly identified the problem and repaired it, and was courteous, helpful and professional throughout.
