Ryan was extremely helpful helping Ella with her shin splints, providing expertise and advice assisting Ella to manage her injury with a tailored program. Ryan really took the time to listen to Ella and her football training needs and game time expectations. Through Ryan, Ella became aware of what she needed to do, as well as understanding the importance of a tailored strength training program and loved seeing positive results.
