I could feel a shift in my body after the first session. Juan was great at finding all my trigger spots. My body took a day or two to recover but feeling better than ever now
The Massuse was lovely and she did a good job in working my knots and tension out, but I didn’t like the use of wearing gloves whilst massaging me. They were extremely uncomfortable and scratched my skin. A great massage is all about touch. Gloves hinder that.
