Martin did a great job loosening up my tense muscles after heaving dinghy sailing racing. When my hamstring was relaxed my lower back pain was dramatically reduced. I will go back to Victoria Park sports massage clinic in the future.
Had a remedial massage here for my neck and upper back - walked out feeling a lot better! I’d definitely recommend :)
