The treatment of new inexperienced members is appalling. Not for beginners at all

These people are arrogant in the extreme. They are self-absorbed and are a very poor advertisement for the cycling community. How dare they treat my wife in the way they did. After advertising a ride for beginners with “zero drop-off”, they belittled her with the comment she was”not even a beginner” before dumping her mid-ride.

Have had good experiences with Anthony and the team at Velofix but picked my bike up today and was charged $50 more than I was quoted. This was after already having troubles with getting the quote right and confirming the total cost. After mentioning the price I was quoted they refused to honour their quote. Edit: Bolts don't appear to have been torqued to spec given my bars moved on me during my first ride out of the shop. Stopped to tighten them to find they were loose.
