Joy comes across as a very friendly and warm person. She has outstanding knowledge of the local areas around Carlingford & Epping. Most importantly, she was very honest about her assessment of the property which helped us make an informed decision. Thanks Joy !
Well done! Professional, timeliness in responding and updating feedback, well-equipped with market current situation and provide valuable advise, straight forward in communication which saves a lot of time. No trouble-hassle throughout the journey of selling.
she is spot on with judging the state of the market and provides the best suggestion. With her guidance we reduced our selling time to the minimum possible.
Fiona showed an excellent understanding of the current local market by the way she presented her thoughts on where she thought our property was situated within the market and by the way she went about getting our property onto the market and selling it for better than the price we expected, all within three weeks from us listing it with Fiona and Tracy Yapp real estate.
