Tracy Yap were the real deal that got me the desired sales outcome. Very ethical, honest, diligent, hard working and committed. I was always kept abreast of the status, and importantly Tracy always answered or promptly returned our calls. Her entire team were on top of things at all times. A very nice person to have on my side.
Tracy Yap, Cassie Lu and the whole team fill your house with energy and warmth. They have their finger on the pulse of our community, and provide a genuine and much appreciated service. I strongly recommend Tracy Yap to you. It’s no secret that this team is the top agency in our region.
Tracy Yap and her team are extremely diligent. She helped us to understand how we could maximise our price.
Tracy Yap has been very professional throughout the process; dedicated, friendly, polite, punctual, sincere and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is truly someone you can trust. She kept us posted throughout the many weeks and relayed all the feedback, may it be from the open house or online. Very glad that we have Tracy to be our agent.
Fiona Lee did an excellent job, she understood the changing market and worked hard to get the best result. She was a delight to work with and evoked well deserved trust from our family as well as from the potential buyers.
Vickie is an absolutely exceptional agent who was a pleasure to work with. I bought an apartment from her in late August, and was so impressed by her professionalism, integrity, kindness, and honesty. She communicated with me at every stage of the process, and I knew I could trust her. Should I ever require any real estate services, it's definitely Vickie I will call.
Wenting Shi was a pleasure to be in contact with. No mission felt impossible when we requested anything from Wenting. Our situation when moving into our home was quite unique, as we had tenants, and we were tenants at the same time. Wenting smoothly coordinated our move-in date around the busy lifestyles of us and the pre-existing tenants.
Thanks to Tracy's expertise and knowledge about the market, as well as their negotiation skills we were able to sell our property within a short period. We were pretty happy about the price at current market situation. Would recommend Tracy to those who want to sell.
Very fast to respond.
