Great experience working with Joy Joy has been extremely helpful throughout this whole process. 1. Collecting information to give me a reasonable quote of my property. 2. Helping me out when I was in overseas. 3. Quick response and frequently updates of all buyers interests. Overall, it has been a great experience working with Joy!
Dedicated Agent During the selling cycle for our property market conditions changed. More properties came onto the market giving purchasers more choice and making it harder for vendors to sell. Our property was passed in at auction but Joy did not give up and found a buyer for us.
Excellent agent We would like to express our sincere thanks to Joy Hsieh for her outstanding service throughout the entire sale process. She went above and beyond from day one — not only did she organise an excellent renovation team for us, but she also guided us through how to manage and facilitate the tenant’s move-out in a smooth and compliant way. Her support made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Her taste in styling, staging, and garden design was exceptional.
Joy is a hardworking and dedicated agent who truly goes the extra mile Joy worked tirelessly in the week leading up to our auction and managed to secure a genuine buyer who purchased our home at a very reasonable price. Throughout the campaign she stayed positive, responsive, and persistent in following up with every potential buyer. We really appreciated her professionalism, strong communication, and commitment to achieving a great result.
A responsive and reliable experience The agent is quite responsive and reliable.

smoothly communication We inspected few properties with Joy, she always give us good advise. After we gave an offer, she make an efficiency communication between owner and us. By the professional service from Joy, we can buy the property before auction. We are so happy for this.
Excellent knowledge She communicates effectively and possesses a high level of professional knowledge and expertise.
Exceptional service, smooth sale and great result We recently sold my grandfather’s home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Joy Hsieh was professional, compassionate and incredibly communicative. Joy kept us informed throughout the process and her dedication and hardwork resulted in a great sale price We’re so grateful for her guidance and support throughout the sale and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
