Sadly worst R/E experience yet. All the comments about patronising disrespectful staff behaviour are true. Antithesis of professional/warmth customer service (as advertised). Don't recommend using them to look after you as client /manage property, aggressive and disrespectful. not a good service on any level for their customers/clients Appears profit and turn over above all else. Joey Wong from Tracy Yap Chatswood has been the most amazing rental property agent we have ever come across as a tenant. While she did follow the book (which is what you’d expect an agent to do to protect a landlord’s interest) she was also very polite, accomodating and courteous with us as tenants which made our move from the property absolutely painless and rather enjoyable.
