Sadly worst R/E experience yet. All the comments about patronising disrespectful staff behaviour are true. Antithesis of professional/warmth customer service (as advertised). Don't recommend using them to look after you as client /manage property, aggressive and disrespectful. not a good service on any level for their customers/clients Appears profit and turn over above all else.
