Getting the house ready to sell is not an easy task. Joy and her team have made the process much smother. Beginning from the market appraisal, Joy has provided her invaluable experience and resourceful teams to support us through the process. Joy is passionate about serving customers and always aiming to make their needs met. I confidently recommend Joy as the real estate agent.
Mandy was of great help to my property purchase; excellent communication, very responsive to all my queries, and accommodating to my schedule.
As a real estate agent, I believe it's quite challenging to gain 100% trust from buyers. However, Wenting has achieved this. Her friendliness, confidence, professional knowledge, and sales experience have deeply impressed me. I met her at a house open day. During the subsequent home-buying process, she used her professionalism and experience to dispel my concerns and ease the anxiety that all buyers have. In the end, she facilitated a transaction that both parties were very satisfied with.
Danny Yap successfully sold my older two bedroom apartment at Macquarie Park, it was a challenging sale, he handled it very well, with 9 contracts taken in the first week and a sale in the second week before the sign had time to go up. We would highly recommend Danny and his team.
Best agent, One of the most friendly and helpful agents. She helped us sell our property and we were impressed by her professionalism and expertise. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring we got the best outcome.
I appointed Joy to look after the sale of my father’s house in Carlingford. I didn’t talk to any other agents as it’s obvious she’s the number one in the area. Her fees/rate was more than fair. She had a team of people to prepare the property for maximum potential. Her service was phenomenal. I have bought and sold property my whole life and her service compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past was like night and day. If your selling in her area look no further than Joy.
She is very respectful, responsive and supportive. I will give her 5 star on her assistance.
Joy and her team went above and beyond during the entire process and kept my partner and I so informed during each step of the way. Joy had a wealth of knowledge about the area and any questions we asked knew the answers. They go the extra mile throughout the entire process and make the effort to build a strong connection and keep communication open and regular during every step of the process. We highly recommend Joy and her team if you are looking to purchase a property.
Our property was sold by Mandy from Tracey Yap, she's such a good real-estate agent. She was very dedicated and good at following up. Mandy were so responsible and worked hard for selling our property. I am so lucky and grateful that I found Mandy. Thank you!
