Friendly, quick communication and professional Joy is very friendly, easy to communicate, provide quick update and very professional. Thank you
Amazing service, proactive communication and timely updates! I reached out to a few real estate agents to help sell my property but Joy was the first (and only one) to respond. We met up quickly to show her the property and she was able to give her detailed feedback on the place, market conditions and how we should proceed with the sale campaign. Whilst I initially thought the price range was higher than my own expectations, I trusted her expertise.
Outstanding Service from a Dedicated and Professional Agent! I recently sold my house with the help of Joy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is incredibly diligent, well-organized, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly from start to finish. She worked tirelessly, right up to the last minute of the auction, making sure every detail was handled.
Great selling experience, highly recommend. I had a very positive experience working with Mandy to sell my property. From my very first meeting, she demonstrated deep market knowledge for Epping area, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for me. She had a clear pricing and marketing strategy in mind for the property, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I sold the property quickly and within expectation of our asking price.
Joy was very professional, communicated well, gave great advice and delivered a brilliant outcome. Joy demonstrated very good knowledge of the local market and in particular our apartment complex. She gave great guidance on how our apartment should be presented for sale and was able to mobilise a team quickly to make it all happen. Joy delivered on time and we were absolutely delighted with the outcome.
Friendly and trusty agent You will find Joy is a pleasure to work with. She is a Carlingford area specialist with a wealth of knowledge about the local area and what buyers are looking for. She gave helpful advice on which features to improve, sourcing excellent tradesmen, staging and then conducting a successful marketing campaign and finally an outstanding negotiation to help us sell our family home, Joy remained calm and confident. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joy
Superb professionalism and excellent communication. Thank you Joy for selling dad's house. You listened to what dad wanted and gave professional advice. You were always there to help him through the sale's process and helped dad achieve the price he wanted. Your negotiation skills with the buyer were excellent and sold his house quicker than we both expected. Thank you again and you are highly recommended to sell properties in the Carlingford area.
Joy has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of selling my home. She assisted at every step, always making herself available and responding promptly to my queries. I truly appreciated working with Joy, as her strong knowledge and extensive customer base in the Sydney Western property market were invaluable. Her deep understanding of market trends and insights into its fluctuations made a significant difference. I highly recommend Joy.
