Vickie is an excellent agent who helped us sell our apartment. Throughout the process Vickie kept us informed and helped us navigate the selling process professionally and efficiently. I am pleased with the outcome of the sale and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vickie and her team to my family and friends.
As an interstate vendor, I needed someone I could really trust to look after this sale. Vickie Yap came across with sincerity. When borders closed, I couldn't travel to get pre-sale jobs sorted: Vickie stepped in to organise gardening etc. Vickie was upbeat throughout a challenging time. She proved her effectiveness as a communicator and negotiator. She achieved a sale before auction for a solid return. Vickie Yap proved to be a solid gold professional.
Tracy was exceptionally responsive to our questions & showed great insight in an extremely difficult market due to COVID -19. Her advice was sound. Tracy & her team were helpful, efficient, provided timely feedback & were a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend Tracy's agency.
Tracy was very knowledgeable of our area and worked hard to secure interest in our property. She kept us promptly updated throughout the process and sold our home in record time!
Tracy and her team have a well deserved reputation for excellence. Their pro-active approach is much appreciated and their attention to customer satisfaction second to none. Our property sold very quickly for a very satisfactory price. We highly recommend them to other prospective vendors!
Tracy and her team have been extremely helpful in selling our property. Her knowledge of the area and market is a real asset. I would highly recommend her as the real estate agent for the local area.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Vickie. She was up-front, knowledgeable and professional, whilst also being friendly and approachable. Vickie assisted us in the purchase of our first property and subsequent to that, the management of that property. Vickie’s insights into the market were accurate and assisted us to budget accordingly. Our property was advertised on the same day she received our instructions to do so, and was leased within four days at rates at the upper end of the market
In these uncertain times I chose Tracy Yap to sell my house because of her good reputation and sales results. My house sold after three open for inspections and I did not need to go to auction. The professionalism and attention to detail of her team was excellent. Thank you Tracy.
Our experience in using Vickie Yap if Tracy Yao Realty, Chatswood as our agent to sell our property has been wonderful. She is a throughly dynamic, passionate, honest professional with excellent communication skills and a great pleasant presentation. We highly recommend her.
