Tracy was great with handleing our sale. She achieved a great result for us and we highly recommend him.
Daisy doesn't waste words, but all of her advice during the selling process was spot on - leading to an outstanding outcome at auction
Tracy was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking and responsive as our real estate agent for selling our house at Epping. Her professionalism, expertise and excellent communication skills as well as customer-centralised services to make her a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to buy or sell a home. It is not surprising that she has been won the Best Agency of the Year 2021 -- Suburb Winner at Eastwood, Epping and Marsfield. Absolutely deserved! We are so thankful for her
Vickie was always professional in her work. Her enthusiasm and energy was contagious and carried across to everyone. She communicated at all times through the process giving sound advice. We were extremely happy with the outcome.
Tracey did an outstanding job on the sale of our long held family property in Epping. She is incredibly thorough and her knowledge of other comparable homes is 2nd to none. She had a comprehensive list of potential buyers and in doing so she delivered to us a very optimal pricing outcome that exceeded our expectations We have no hesitation in recommending Tracey
Fiona Lee and Vicky Yap from Tracy Yap Realty helped us to sell our property. They have both worked extremely hard during the campaign and helped us to achieve a great result. Excellent agent, local experts. Highly recommended!
Thank you to Daisy Lin, her team and auctioneer, for a job very well done in selling my property! We are very happy and satisfied with the auction result. Daisy is very professional and has good knowledge of the property market. She communicates well and works hard to achieve the best sale possible. We gave her our full confidence and trust to do a good job, and she delivered excellently. We would gladly and confidently recommend Daisy Lin to anyone looking at selling their property.
The entire process from initial contact to finalising the sale was seamless. Particularly considering the COVID lockdown in Sydney and not being able to meet Danny in person, yet he was in constant contact. Danny listed the unit and sent it out to his database resulting in closing the sale within four days of being listed. Would certainly recommend Danny for any sale in the Macquarie Park, Ryde area.
I was extremely happy to have Tracy as my agent to sell my property. Tracy works hard and has provided valuable information. She and her supporting team have archived a great result for me even in lockdown. I am very impressed by her high level of professionalism and integrity. I will recommend Tracy to anyone who is thinking of selling the property.
