Danny and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with for the sale of my father's property. Danny is a true professional and very very easy to deal with. We were absolutely happy with the price that Danny was able to secure for our property especially in a very tough market. We would highly recommend Danny and his team to anybody considering selling their property. His service was very personalised and we always felt that Danny put our interest first. We are super super happy.
Accurate , professional agent skill with enthusiastic and patient communication to people.
Joy already has a great reputation, but she is also a kind and diligent agent who responds to any questions patiently and handles tasks calmly.
Danny's exceptional services truly stood out and made a significant difference in the process. From the outset, Danny demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail. His insights into the market were invaluable in helping me make informed decisions. Timely and clear communication kept me informed at every step. I am truly grateful for Danny's hard work and dedication throughout this process. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with buying or selling a property.
Joy was a professional agent who was guiding us through the beginning to the end of the campaign. She was flexible, able to accommodate meetings to suit our family needs. She kept us informed every stage of the campaign. Trust her, she was able to adjust her strategy in different situation to get the better outcome.
We engaged Joy to sell our property in the city's eastern suburb. Though Tracy Yap is well established in Sydney's Norwest area, knowing Joy's work ethic and her knowledge in her profession, we had full confidence in her to sell in East. Joy put her wealth of expertise into this assignment, through the whole preparation process leading to the auction, Joy provided us with useful tactics and countless sound advices to attract buyers. Joy's effort brought the sale to an outstanding result.
Great Agents, Fantastic Result! Danny & Mandy both have an affable personality, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. Open and honest, they've guided me through every process along the way and with regular updates. Selling apartment in such a challenging market wasn’t easy and they've achieved me a fantastic result. - I would highly recommend Danny and Mandy to anyone selling their property.
Joy is a very experienced agent and her knowledge about the property market is great value! She is honest and her communication and advice throughout our sale has been remarkable. Thank you Joy for making our experience so smooth, quick and we are very impressed with the results.
