Pleasure to work with and sale above expectations Joy was fantastic to work with, she was very professional, answered all our questions and assisted with staging and repairs. It was a huge benefit that Tracy Yap has Chinese contacts/advertisement as Joy was able to secure a sale in only 1 week after advertisement for a sale price larger than our expectations. We'd work with Joy again.
best in the area! Joy was such a pleasure to work with- friendly, communicative and gave us regular updates after each inspection. The property sold quicker than expected (around 2 weeks) and Joy was able to get a price above other recent property sales within our complex. She definitely went above and beyond to get the results. Would recommend Joy to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Lawrence is an agent you can trust for exceptional outcome, good advice, resolving issues proactively & professionally. I am an elderly lady in need of lots of help in this. He’s offered his services above & beyond his role, with patience, care & kindness. The marketing was successful, generating much buyers’ interest. He worked hard & efficiently, providing prompt market responses. The sale was very stressful to me, but he’d amazingly pulled it through. In the end, I am a very happy customer!
