The total experience from booking in the inspection, having Michael come out and thoroughly go through our premises re a pest and termite inspection and treatment, to the invoicing and follow-up communication has been excellent, professional and respectful. I have no hesitation in recommending total pest management and its excellent team to everyone having pest issues at their homes.
