Steer clear, dealers have no idea what they are doing and will ruin your paint finish Had "Paint Protection" and Tint applied at a dealer. Was told that the paint protection included a pre-application paint correction. Picked the car up and hid had horrible swirl marks all over it and two deep scratches down to the primer in several locations. Did not contact me I filled in the “contact” form online requesting a quote for an entire apartment and was told to expect a reply within 48 hours.....week later no contact. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.....
Did not return my call or email A friend highly recommended Tint A Car. I phoned them - no answer, so I left a message. No call back. A week later, I sent an email and received an automated email saying they would be in contact within 48hrs. Another week later, still waiting. Bye. No thanks. I will tell everyone I know.
Don’t go to Tint a Car Moorooka The manager at Moorooka was really rude and swearing at me and my 90 year old parents because they had to get dropped off at the door. Very poor product service as well. Definitely do not recommend going there
Not a professional company I asked for a darkest legal tint on the front windows and a shade darker then legal tint on the rear & back. The person from Tint-a-car replied with exactly what I said. When I picked that car up the windows all looked the same. I was informed that the rear windows were darker. Once it dries in a few days you will see the difference. Wrong tint put on. Lying manager The owner put down the wrong tint details, put the lesser tint on my car and then charged me for the lesser tint which was not what I was after. After confronting him, he proceeded to tell me that he had stuffed up and accidentally put on a tint that was valued at $150 more. Whilst I was confronting him he kept going back on his words and it was blatantly clear that he was lying. I would not have got my car tinted at all if it was going to be a lesser tint
Dishonest Quoted for tinting of front, rear and boot lid windows of my Mercedes GLC in Canberra. These guy only did front windows. Rear and boot lid windows came with factory tinted windows, which they say a clear film will be applied. None whatsoever! Charged for a 5 windows tint job, only did 2 windows. I only discovered this after few months down the track. Tinting for a car, just remember Never again with Tint A Car!
Workmanship warranty warning:Do Not get your home Tinted by Tint A Car ~Tint A Home Warning: Tint A Car do not stand by their workmanship. My home was tinted, and the tension rubbers were cut and it compromised the glass. Horrible product and customer service If you are thinking about having ceramic paint protection done by tint a car, I would highly recommend you don't. I had EliteX applied on my brand new car in September. 2 Months later I noticed watermarks on 1 side of my bonnet which I could not remove. I contacted the store straight away and they blamed our main water and the way I wash my car. After persisting they decided to apply a wax on the bonnet.
