Incredibly disappointing- Horrible! Incredibly disappointed! Would not recommend, issue after issue. Paid for premium tint only to receive my car back with bubbles and dirt between window and film on every window, crinkled, torn and missing tint on almost all corners and edges, whole bottom of back windscreen peeled from bottom edge only hours after. Warranty not honoured but advertises lifetime warranty My Tarago window tint is peeling. Called tint a car Morley who said that they will contact head office as they keep all records. Gave my name and Rego. Tint a car advertises lifetime warranty. Called and said I have to find the original invoice. No help whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend when it comes to honouring their warranty.

Absolutely rude and misleading I called for a quote on a Saturday as says work Saturdays said works during the week and just rude never ever will buy from this organisation in my life.

Avoid at all costs. No customer care. Worst quality workmanship This is a follow up to a terrible job done on my home window tint. Head office will pretend to offer assistance in the comments to give the illusion that they want to help, but then they will go silent. I paid $2700 for home window tint that was absolutely butchered. Nobody in this company cares. Stuff you people.
Disgusting customer service at Tint R Car Preston - Avoid Horrible experience with my car tint at Preston (on Bell st). Took my car in for Spectre tint, told by "[Name Removed]" it was the best and their own product. Was applied incorrectly with a huge dirt mark on the rear left window. rush in jobs for more profit only a big name and lots of fake reviews ,received a horrible quality of work and seems like its impossible for them to fix it, after they get the money of you. The tint that they use looks high quality but the way they rush the jobs for profit is causing the damages to cars and poor results. Be very careful and check your car carefully before paying them, and don`t get fooled by useless warranty promises. or best to take your car to somewhere else.

Lack of Customer Service I recently saw that Tint A Car were partnered with FRC that I have been a premium member for some number of years now so decided to replace window tint at home. I made contact to two separate stores on north side of Brisbane both by phone and online contact method. I never had any return contact from either store. I ended going elsewhere as I figured if their not that interested in my custom before a purchase then can’t image what the after sales service and possible warranty would be like.

No Performance Offered pickup and delivery, then not returning calls. Finally after returning repeated calls to give me a day, then push it out to another day. Then on that day it is the last day for installer so I need to get there by 12pm cause they can’t offer me pickup and delivery anymore. I couldn’t get there so I would have to wait until after Xmas (4mths) later.
