I have had Peter out about four times over three different houses to treat for cockroaches, ants and mice. He explains thoroughly what bait/poison he has left and where. He makes a real effort to access all areas of the house (roof space, underneath floorboards, wall cavities, outside areas) no matter how difficult. He always turns up on time and never leaves a mess. I will continue to use Peters services.
Peter always performs a thorough job and leaves nothing to chance. His friendly nature and professionalism has never changed since 2008 when we have started to use his service and have no reason to use anyone else.
Peter is very friendly and knows his stuff very well. He gave us a thorough inspection and treated all areas accordingly, both inside and out. He explained what areas were infected after his inspection and gave us a 10-year warranty with the treatment. He was on time if not a little early which was great, both Peter and Vanessa are a complete joy to talk to as well.
