At last a pest inspector who gives a damn! I've gone through a few pest inspectors with our roof rat issues. Others just threw some bait on our roof and took our cash with no results. Peter was the first inspector to actually 'inspect' the property and try and find the cause of the issue and how the rats were getting in. Would highly recommend his services.
