I rarely post Reviews however, today, i was surprised and upset at the behaviour of a health service receptionist and felt a review is required. I have been seeing the same chiro intermittently for over 20 years. He then moved to the Spine Studio. Today i received a second, poor experience there with one particular receptionist, lack of solution focus on customer care, and recognition of an admin error which meant i didnt receive much needed treatment.
