Absolutely horrible service provided by this company. Plumber who arrived immediately demanded a call out fee before I even got the chance to introduce myself Plumber then refused to start working on problem until they completed a "Full house plumbing check" Two hours after arrival the plumber finally got around to the job, he then dug up a portion of my front turf without approval and left a hole in my downpipe with no patching. after I confronted him that this is not acceptable, he jumped in his car and didn't care to ... read more
