The booking was to camera and jet blast a potentially blocked storm water drain. The call out fee of $88 included a complementary plumbing inspection to the house which I thought was good until I saw the quote of over $2000 to replace some very minor items that most home owners have capabilities of doing themselves. This should have been a red flag for me to cancel works but I wanted my storm water drain cleared. They quoted $895 + GST for the drain which had to be paid up front before starting works.
