RecommendedIn the past couple of years there have been two occasions where I needed physio assistance ie a shoulder related injury and a lower back injury. On both occasions the diagnosis and then the treatment and prescribed exercise programmes, thankfully in my case, resolved both issues. I cannot recommend physio Jason Collins and Injury Hub highly enough. I hope not to injure myself similarly any time soon but if so then it will be Injury Hub that I would go to. I would also like to add that the reception staff are great.

RecommendedHighly recommend seeing Mark, fantastic physio who has helped me achieve my goals of getting back to netball. He is very thorough and work specific to you and your goals. I had part of my consultation in a gym, testing where my weaknesses are to work on, such a fantastic facility.
