I have been going to the Injury Hub for knee ACL recovery without surgery through physio strength and conditioning exercises. That was 5 years ago and I have trouble remembering which knee that was now. Also recently for lower back pain, core strengthening. The team are very professional, attentive, friendly, listen and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean with lastest equipment and never overcrowded. Highly recommend!!

My 9 year old daughter has been going to the injury hub for weekly physio sessions with Taylor for the past 6months. the staff are professional and attentive. the facility has a big gym with lots of exercise equipment, its kept clean and accessible. we would recommend the injury hub for your therapeutic needs.
