We have just had the pleasure of meeting Sonny who has fixed our hot water system, such a pleasant young chap, nothing too much trouble. I have already recommended him to my neighbor, who is having some quotes. Would definitely recommend to other family friends.
Returned from holiday to find we had very low water pressure due to an issue with the mains. Ten minutes after I rang, Abdul was at my front door! He'd been in the area and came straight away. Friendly, professional and knowledgable he had the problem sorted out efficiently and to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He also pointed a leak from the recycled water meter which SA Water took over a week (and two phone calls) to fix. They could learn something about customer service from Abdul! Highly recommended.
Sonny Beaumont attended for part of my kitchen renovation. Sonny contacted me to confirm time of arrival and was very prompt and knowledgeable about what was required. The work was done to a very high quality and his advice on some other issues was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Fawcett Plumbing and Sonny to anyone requiring plumbing assistance.
Needed some help with my solar hot water system (gas boosted) - Sonny was very thorough and efficient in working it out, explaining it all and answered my questions in a friendly manner.
Service was great my husband called this morning and they were here within an hour. Problem solved septic working again! Abdul was very professional he even put the lock back on the side gate before he left. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will be calling them again next time we need a plumber.
Unfortunately I needed a plumber due to a leaking water heater. I was really glad I called Fawcett Plumbing. Not only did Abdula turn up at the time promised when the appointment was made on the phone but he was extremely professional and polite. I was told a new water heater was required and he guided me on the options available, went and got the heater and installed it, all within a couple of hours. Even the electrician arrived with short notice. Great to see a local company that treats it's customers as No 1.

Abdul attended same day I rang Fawcett Plumbing and asked for assistance, he was great. Rang to advise time of arrival, was very knowledgeable and provided good advice about my options, etc. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs and given we are renovating will probably use again for more plumbing and electrical/gas work required.
Craig installed quarter turn taps in the kitchen for my elderly mum who has arthritis. She is delighted, no more pain trying to turn taps on or off. Reliable friendly service. Thank you Fawcett Plumbling.
