Had a spa body ritual this afternoon what I had I enjoyed..it was a gift from my daughter..I thought it included a scalp massage which I definitely did not get..I wasn’t sure it was included til I came home & looked up the product..very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap 😖
I highly recommend Tracey. She pierced my 4 year old ears it was so quick and painless. It was a great experience for my daughter. Even when I took her back to get new earrings, Tracey offered to put them in for her. It took going into the salon 3 times but earrings were changed and are now looking great. Thank you so much Tracey for all your help with my little one. xxx

I would like to say a HUGE THANKYOU to Tracey! Today I had my 13 month old daughter’s ears pierced and Tracey was so good with Addison! I would also like to acknowledge how amazing she was after Addison’s earring was pulled out when caught on my shirt Tracey with no hesitation took us back In and put a new sterilised earring in and comforted me as I was a mess! I can not thank you enough Tracey for your patience, compassion and professionalism! Will definitely be telling everyone about my amazing experience!

A big shout out to the beauty base today I got my lashes lifted and my 4 month old decided he didn’t want to sleep and the girls couldn’t do enough to settle him and Put my mind at ease whilst I finished my treatment. Excellent customer service couldn’t recommend them enough!
