I usually have such a great experience at beauty base narellan, but today wasnt up to usual standards. I didn't realize until I left from my eyebrow appointment that the end of my eyebrow had been waxed off and then tinted over to cover up the bald spot. so now I have one eyebrow shorter than the other. a massive thankyou to tracey for yesterday, she pierced my 3 month old daughters ears, she was extremely caring and even gave my daughter some lovely cuddles onces it was done, I didn't plan on getting them done yesterday as I had my 2 other kids with me, they weren't very impressed that there Sister was getting her ears done and not them so they tested the boundaries, tracey was understanding and patient, I would also like to thank the lady who held my daughter whilst getting them done as I couldn't do it. my experience with the beauty base was nothing short of professional. Olivia was very professional and prompt with booking me in for a lash lift & tint and made the booking process clear & easy. Steph was amazing when it came to my last lift, as it was my first time she explained all the steps she was taking. Steph was a very sweet girl and very professional. not to mention the results were outstanding! i highly recommend the beauty base and wish to thank them for making my first experience with them so comfortable 🌼💛
