Recommendedhad a problem with my ignition key and spoke to them. Made an appointment and saw Jack. He looked at what was happening, explained the relationship between my old key and the barrel, swapped to the key I was not using and bingo, problem solved. no charge for the help or advice. I will use Terry's and Jack if I ever have a lock problem in the future. Great service
