They made an appointment to evaluate our Building's security needs. Rang 5 minutes before the scheduled time to tell me rather than waste their time and supposedly mine, they won’t be attending. Even though I was advised that Locksmiths / Security companies offer outrageously poor customer service I’m disappointed in yours. I planned my Friday and that of the onsite Manager around the 08.30 appointment. Just imagine if I’d rung 5 minutes before you arrived from wherever to say I don’t want to waste my time.
