I've been going to Tao for the previous 3 years for colouring and have always had an excellent experience until now. My hair was left damaged (I have had even lighter hair coloured previously at Tao without issues) after two rounds of bleaching - the junior female hairstylist who did my hair this time informed me after the first lot of bleaching that she wasn't reaching the right colour in the mid section and would have to redo the process. Very unhappy with my haircut from this place. I asked repeatedly if they knew how to cut long men's hair. I wanted just a small trim. They ended up lopping off all the hair at the back and left a crazy fringe resulting in a 'bob' like cut. Now it will take ages to grow out again and will need to find another reliable place to eventually even out the damage that these guys did. Do not recommend.
Very disappointed! I had an appointment booked and on the day I received a phone call to push back my appointment. Was advised that a senior stylist could see me at my booked time but I will have to pay extra. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and management.
Charged me to dye my hair but used dye that was comparable to BOX dye leaving my hair turning into green and having blotchy patches of different colours in my hair now having to have a colour correction
they are good at colouring hair but they should learn of haircuts that suit the customer's hair type. They price is also expensive.
