Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. I am still suffering the consequences since July this year. I came in to have my hair coloured and clearly mentioned I wanted nothing off the length. The toner turned my hair blue/green which had to be fixed and 30cm had to be cut/disintergrated off due to chemical damage ... They have poor customer service
Sadly my last haircut was no where near the standard I have had previously at the salon, had my ear burnt with the flat irons as well :-(. So sad! I used to love going here but will not be returning.
Amazing hairdressers. Just a shame they wont honour a voucher I was given as a present which is currently 3 weeks overdue. I have tried multiple times to get a booking but not many options. Being closed over Christmas period also limited the options further. Book way in advance I guess!
When I took the appointment I asked how much it will cost in total to get what I wanted (silver hair with a cut) and how long it would be. It was supposed to be 400 in total, and they could do all the bleaching in one day. and I had to be out by 2pm as I had to work and I told them that I could reschedule if it was too short. they told me that it would be totally fine.
