Andrew has been supporting my elderly mum with her mobility issues for some months now. Through home visits, Andrew has helped my mum with balance, movement and her painful shoulder. I went to SWITCH PENSHURST due to a concern about my own ageing body’s posture. Having noticed just how hunched over I was looking, alarm bells sounded and I wondered if this was normal? inevitable? or improvable? After an initial assessment with James, I felt optimistic that my posture could be improved.
