It's been a very long road to recovery (torn meniscus 2019 ) but I would like to thank Switch & especially James (magic fingers )for getting me back. I can highly recommend Switch Physio for their expertise, knowledge & care. Today I ran the S2S 11k run with no issues with my knee. They are great at what they do & no questions about it best Physio in Penshurst.

Khaled the podiatrist was extremely helpful, thorough in his assessment and diagnosis and confident in his treatment approach. The only negative was that the practice itself had changed management/ownership within a period of 6 months without notice to me as the customer and could not honour the agreement made to customers previously which was 50% off all subsequent custom orthotics.

Andrew is a good physio. I had a small fracture( right ankle) from soccer training. When I first came to switch I was welcome by a nice receptionist who was friendly and welcoming. Andrew at first treated my ankle and said it was a grade 2-3 and required a moon boot. During my treatment at switch I felt like it would get better which it did! My overall experience at switch was awesome! I would recommend friends and family here for sure!
