Two cheerful and polite electricians, both called Jack, arrived on time this morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away. Left no mess and departed. We have been using Swap for 5 or 6 years and definitely recommend the old fashioned service where you can ring for an appointment and be helped then and there. Many Thanks Ruth C.
