I needed extra power points to be able to set-up my home office, work with an older rental, to make the space more functional. Kerstin and Al at Swap made the appointment booking, an easy process of agreeing a date and time, showing up as agreed, and being able to return to a fully functional home. We can't thank Alec, Flynn & the team at Swap enough for getting us out of a tough situation this week. When another Electrician pulled the pin on a job to reconnect a number of switches, control panels and power points this week - leaving us with no heating, TV, or lighting in half of the house! - Alec took my call at 5pm on a Tuesday, and had Flynn and the team with us by 10am on the Wednesday - superb!
