I know it was in the paperwork that there is a $500 fee to pay for the searches but this was never communicated to me in any phone conversation that I had. You then auto upgrade people to a more expensive package if they don’t pay this on time. I think it is completely unfair to not verbally make someone aware that this will happen and that the fee needs to be paid. I am really upset by this and would not recommend Sunstate Conveyencing.

Avoid please! It was a tremendous amount of pain dealing with them, following are some issues we had with our transaction: 1. Lack of communication: Very hard to get hold of your solicitor. You will end up spending a lot of time in following up through emails, calls and sms. Their response times are very slow. (Apps Legal sms automated system is a joke.) 2.
